The word “exercise” has gotten a bad rap over the years. At Devine Nutrition, we equate exercise with stress relief, the ability to eat more, and yes….even fun. Click on the links below to learn about each program and how it will help turn exercise into something you find enjoyable too.

In need of a little motivation for your next run? Always wanted to start running but don’t know where to start? Look no further than the Run to the Pub program, a group running program that combines two of our favorite loves: running and beer.

How it works: Run to the Pub meets once a week for 4-6 weeks at a runner-friendly pub in the south suburbs. Runners, walkers and joggers (all are welcome!) are divided into separate groups and lead by experienced running coaches. The distance run begins with a half mile and increases every week until we reach ~three miles (a 5k!). Each run ends at the pub where it began and participants receive a FREE beer and raffle prizes.

Run to Pub Craft Beer Holiday Series Fundraiser

Meets for 3 weeks in December on Tuesdays or Thursday nights!
Tuesdays

December 12th Hamilton’s Bar, Lemont
December 19th Brass Tap Orland Park

Thursdays
December 7th Sound Growler, Tinley
December 14th The Whistle, Tinley Park
December 21st Hailstorm Brewing, Tinley

Post run you will receive 1 complimentary holiday brew! Proceeds will be donated to the St. Damian Food Pantry and The Flores Family! All fitness abilities are welcome and encouraged to participate. Runs will be held rain or shine (or snow!) If we have inclement weather, we will still meet at the bar for your beverage and prizes! (NO coaches or groups for the holiday series. Mileage will be ~2.-3 miles each week weather depending.) The cost of the training program is $30 for Tuesday series, $35 for Thursdays or $60 for all 6 runs. Run to Pub Craft Holiday Lights n Brew Trolley!
Registration will open up to you all on Wednesday November 1st at 7pm. Only have 27 spots. First come first serve! Cost is $55 and includes tour plus 2 beers and a small gift from me. Registration opens on 11/3.
